Elevate a beloved internal program, don't replace it.

Leadership Basecamp had long been a cornerstone of GetYourGuide's leadership development, a dynamic in-person experience for new and emerging leaders. After several successful internal runs, the team wanted scale: sharper content, new perspectives, and less delivery pressure on internal teams.
HelloCircle came in as a trusted partner to co-design the next version, blending GetYourGuide's leadership culture with proven frameworks and keeping the GYG tone, pace, and values intact.
A three-day bootcamp built on practice, not theory.

The journey moved from self-leadership on day one, to people leadership on day two, to business and coaching skills on day three, with every module anchored in simple, repeatable tools participants could use the next morning.
Delivery did as much work as content: peer and case-based learning on real GYG situations, daily fireside chats with senior leaders, and live coaching demonstrations that showed what a high-quality leadership conversation actually sounds like.
Confidence, clarity, and tools that stick.

With a 100% post-program response rate, the Basecamp scored an average of 4.7/5 for content relevance and overall experience, and 4.8/5 for actionable content, an exceptional result for a first run of a new format.
Participants left equipped as well as inspired, naming the feedback, delegation, and coaching frameworks as simple but powerful. GetYourGuide now has a scalable, high-impact leadership format that reinforces how it wants managers to show up: self-aware, people-centered, and adaptive.
“We partnered with HelloCircle to launch a new Basecamp format. The pilot scored an exceptional 4.7/5 from our managers, an outstanding result for a first run.”
