Building the capacity behind strategic transformation.
For more than seven years, HelloCircle has partnered with TotalEnergies to help leaders turn strategic ambition into measurable progress. Together, we've supported more than 200 senior leaders and advanced over 35 strategic initiatives, not by delivering leadership training alongside transformation, but by embedding learning directly into the transformation itself.

Transformation slows when momentum is lost.

Transformation rarely fails because of strategy. It slows down when priorities shift, stakeholders multiply, and important initiatives lose momentum. Leaders are expected to navigate complexity, align different functions, and deliver change, often without shared ways of working.
TotalEnergies wanted to strengthen the capability behind strategic execution by helping leaders adopt more agile, collaborative, and outcome-focused ways of working across real business initiatives.
Learning Built Around the Projects

We didn't build a curriculum and ask the projects to fit it. We built the learning around the projects.
Every participant entered the program with a live strategic initiative already underway. Around those projects, we designed a tailored transformation journey combining project coaching, leadership development, agile methodologies, innovation practices, peer learning, executive masterclasses, and startup-inspired thinking.
The result was a program that adapted to each team's reality, rather than asking every team to learn the same thing.
Strategic ambition, moved into execution.

Over seven years, the program has continued to evolve alongside TotalEnergies' priorities while maintaining the same goal: building the leadership capability that helps strategic transformation move from ambition to execution.
Teams learned to make decisions earlier instead of waiting for certainty, break strategic initiatives into manageable experiments, build stronger stakeholder alignment, use continuous feedback to improve project quality, and create momentum through iteration instead of perfection.
Rather than leaving with theoretical knowledge, participants returned to work with projects that had already moved forward, and practical habits they continued applying long after the program ended.
“This program gives our leaders a practical innovation method to approach daily business challenges and strategic projects differently, opening up new ways of thinking and working.”
